Clubhouse and Swimming Pool

The swimming pool and clubhouse are owned and maintained by the homeowner’s association (HOA). The amenities include: an adult pool; a smaller (baby) pool for children five years old and younger; a clubhouse with restrooms, flat screen TV, kitchen along with an open area for entertainment. Executive Board

The Williamsburg Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation formed for the purpose of fulfilling the duties and obligations spelled out in the community Declaration, the Corporate By-Laws and the Uniform Planned Communities Act as adopted by the Pennsylvania legislature.

Finance

Chair: Mark Monroe

The finance committee is responsible for creating the annual budget, and for monitoring all association financials (including reserve funds) to ensure operational expenses do not outpace revenue.

Social

Chair: Michael Murphy
Co-Chair: Paul Regan

The social committee plans community activities such as the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Movie Night in the Park, Oktoberfest, and other community events.

Communications

Chair: Adam Shoffner
Co-Chair: Michael Murphy

The communications committee provides up to date information, announcements, and communications for Williamsburg residents.

Architectural

Chair: Paul Regan
Co-Chair: Ralph Breindel

The architectural committee reviews and approves homeowner architecture requests. Architectural requests should be submitted through Select Property Management. Approvals are determined at monthly Board meetings.

Grounds and Maintenance

Chair: Ralph Breindel
Co-Chair: Mark Monroe

The grounds and maintenance committee solicits bids from, engages, and monitors vendor activities for the upkeep of the HOA pool & clubhouse, and common & private road areas.
