Public and Private Roads
When the community of Williamsburg was completed, some roads were dedicated to Uwchlan and East Caln Townships. Other roads remain private, and are thus not serviced by these respective townships’ public works departments. Private roads within the community are Chiswell, Covington, Francis, Kings Arms, Purdie and North and South York Drives, and are shown in yellow. On the map, East Caln Township is at the left. The remainder of the map is within Uwchlan Township. For questions about your township, click on the link below.
Homeowner Responsibilities
Homeowners are responsible for the upkeep of their properties including, but not limited to the following:
Maintaining lawn and other landscaped areas, sidewalks, and driveways; maintaining good repair and exterior appearance of dwellings; and approval by the Architectural Committee for improvements/alterations affecting the exterior and aesthetic of the community.

FREQUENTLY REQUESTED FORMS
All proposed changes to the exterior of a dwelling or lot (building, fence, wall or other structure, or major alterations, additions, or improvements including roof, siding & windows) that will affect the aesthetic features and characteristics of the community must be submitted for approval to the Committee.
Due dates for payment of Williamsburg HOA fees are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

2023 Pool Season (subject to change)

The pool will be open for Memorial Day weekend beginning Saturday May 27th, 2023 at 10:00am.
Bennington Pool Services will be our pool operator & lifeguard manager this season. Any pool related concerns should be addressed with them.
