Williamsburg is a residential planned community comprised of 461 homes located on 258 acres in Uwchlan and East Caln Townships, approximately 2 miles north of the borough of Downingtown, PA. The community features single family houses and carriage homes with a number of facilities located in the center of the development, which include a swimming pool and clubhouse, as well as a children’s play area, baseball field and basketball court.
Williamsburg is located in the heart of Chester County, Pennsylvania. We’re a short drive from the urban attractions of Philadelphia to the east, and the bucolic countryside of Lancaster County to the west.
